Love is the foundation upon which unity, peace, and understanding are built.
7 Virtues Rooted in Love
1. HUMILITY – The quiet strength of knowing you are no greater and no lesser than anyone else. It is the choice to listen to understand, recognizing that we don’t have all the answers.
2. EMPATHY – The ability to step into another person’s world, and let their reality matter.
3. PATIENCE – The calm grace of trusting the right timing of things. The space to grow, make mistakes, and heal, without the pressure to rush.
4. COMPASSION – The deep stirring that sees suffering and is moved to comfort, support, and help carry the weight.
5. ACCEPTANCE – Accept the things you cannot change. Find the courage to change the things you can. Seek the wisdom to know the difference.
6. KINDNESS – The daily, deliberate choice to make someone feel seen, valued, and cared for.
7. FORGIVENESS – Let go of resentment. Choose forgiveness over judgement. Forgive seventy times seven. Find the freedom that follows.
