How far will I be able to run with The Liberty Torch?

The Run of Hope is in high demand, and our goal is to include as many people as physically possible. The shortest distance you will have to carry The Liberty Torch is 250 yards and the maximum distance will be 1 mile. Please make sure you are fit enough to run these distances before you apply to become a V.I.P Liberty Torchbearer.

Will I be able to keep running after I hand The Liberty Torch to the next V.I.P Liberty Torchbearer?
Yes. Those People who are V.I.P Liberty Torchbearers can carry on running with the current V.I.P Liberty Torchbearer to support them.
